Dr. Polly Chawla

Choosing to embark on a therapeutic journey is never a small step. It requires time, effort, emotion, and courage. When someone seeks help, it’s not just for the sake of talking—they are looking for a professional fully invested in their well-being.

I am committed to being genuine, present, and fully attentive to my clients. I strive to understand and validate their experiences, accompanying them through struggles, growth, and transformation. Holding space for this journey is at the heart of my work. I believe every individual has the potential to create positive change, and my mission is to equip clients with the tools to make that change sustainable.
