Meet & Greet (Brief Consult with a Therapist)
Connect with a therapist for a brief consultation to see if they’ll be the right fit for you. During this brief meeting, you can discuss the therapist’s areas of specialties, therapeutic approach, and methods for supporting clients in achieving their goals—all before booking your first "real" appointment. This ensures you find the best possible match for your needs.
Counselling / Psychological Treatment
Meet with a trained professional counsellor to talk about issues and problems that you are facing in your life. Professional counselling is confidential and non-judgmental.
MVA Psychological Treatment (Motor Vehicle Accident - Alberta)
If you have been in a Motor Vehicle Accident in Alberta and would like to book your first MVA treatment appointment, please schedule an Intake Phone Call with one of our Client Care Service Team members (see above). This initial call ensures that all necessary forms are completed, benefits are coordinated, and coverage is approved before your first treatment session.
If you are a current client, you may book an MVA treatment appointment directly with your assigned therapist below.
Please note: If you book an appointment before benefit approval is confirmed, you may be responsible for covering the cost of services yourself.
